Abstract

The article is devoted to acute toxico allergic skin lesions that occur in response to the introduction of various drugs into the body. The relevance of the study is determined by the increasing incidence of this pathology due to the widespread use of various drugs, the multiple addition of food additives to food, various chemical compounds in the inhaled air. The aim of the study was to identify the frequency of occurrence of certain forms of toxemia on the example of the clinic of skin diseases of St. Petersburg State Medical University, to identify possible causes of the disease, the relationship with infectious agents and medication. The basis of this scientific work is the analysis of case histories of children with a diagnosis of toxidermia. Anamnestic, clinical and laboratory data were analyzed. Statistical analysis of the information received. As a result of the study, the most common forms of toxidermia, the possible causes of this disease, as well as factors contributing to the development of this pathology were identified. It was revealed that the exanthematous form of toxidermia and urticaria were most often encountered. Most often, toxidermia is observed with the use of drugs, as well as with external exposure to chemicals. Infectious agents and multiple nutritional supplements contained in the consumed food can be factors in the occurrence of this pathology.
