Особенности послойного строения мягких тканей лица и их возрастные изменения
Аннотация
Данная статья представляет собой обзор литературы по послойному строению мягких тканей лица и их возрастным изменениям. Возможно, врачи-косметологи и пластические хирурги, нацеленные на результат своей профессиональной деятельности, откроют для себя новых авторов, занимающихся исследованиями в этой области более детально с применением новейших технологий. Красота лица всегда была и будет важной социальной составляющей, поскольку именно она определяет первое впечатление о человеке. Исследования показали, что красота лица быстрее воспринимается и обрабатывается мозгом, чем интеллектуальные и душевные качества личности, на оценивание которых необходимо определенное время. Это восприятие влияет на последующие когнитивные процессы. Наиболее важными факторами, определяющими привлекательность, являются четыре характеристики: усредненность (прототипичность), половой диморфизм, молодость и симметрия. Поскольку население продолжает стареть, а косметические процедуры получают все большее признание, взрослые из всех возрастных групп и социально-экономических слоев стремятся к косметическим улучшениям. Большинство пациентов, обращающихся за косметическими процедурами, это женщины в возрасте от 35 до 50 лет, однако спрос на косметические улучшения растет как у пожилых, так и у молодых пациенток, а также у мужчин. За последние 5 лет спрос на косметические процедуры у пациентов в возрасте от 51 до 65 лет удвоился.
